Aaron's First Fishing Trip!

Rob and his brother Michael took Aaron fishing today for the first time. He had a blast. Although I think he had more fun playing with the bait than he did actually fishing!

Need some flower help

So we have no idea what is going to come up this year at the new house and have little clue about what has come up already. So if anyone knows what any of these flowers are, I would love to know. Thanks!!

It was time......

Sooooo, after debating for a while now about it our yard big enough to justify a tractor or not, and after several times of it taking Rob around 3.5 hours to mow, we decided yes it is!

So our great find of a slightly used, but very well maintained tractor was delivered today...

You can almost see Rob beaming as he is mowing tonight!

Good Ole Fishing Buddy

So Rob and his brothers love to go fishing...now that we live so close to Alum Creek they fish a lot! Aaron has always loved his Uncles and wanted to do everything that they are doing..... Well for his birthday Uncle Michael got him his own fishing pole.....

The first thing Aaron did this morning when he woke up was get his fishing pole out and practice his casting.....

In the video you gotta love the courtesy smile he gives towards the end!!!!

So Aaron has been celebrating his birthday for over a week now.....

What a Great Big Sister

Karleigh has a heart of gold! She is so sweet, caring and loving it sometimes amazes me!

Well while I was finishing our morning routine before she goes to school and Aaron and I go to work, she showed her kindness again...

Aaron was having a rough morning, he wasn't feeling quite right, and was still very tired! So he was grumping on the couch about everything, and I hear Karleigh take a deep breath in and say "come here little buddy, I will rub your back for you." When I came around the kitchen corner, this is what I found...

So the next time they are fighting together, I just need to remember that when it comes down to it, sibling love is greater than sibling rivalry.

Please pray for all those in China affected by the recent earthquake.

As many of you know, my brother and sister in law are awaiting approval to bring their 3rd child home from China (making 7 total in their family)....while his area of China seems to not have been directly affected, there are many future moms and dads who are not so certain right now that their little ones are safe!

God is good, so pray for all affected please!!!!
