Did you know Reindeer Swim???

I sure did not! Until today....

During a routine fieldtrip to the zoo today with my daycare, we were quickly put on alert that we needed to get into a building quickly and run if we had to. (talk about scary....trucks were driving down the sidewalk, drivers yelling at us to get inside a building quickly and dont ask any questions yet.)

After a few minutes we learned that a reindeer had escaped and was running through the zoo.....then learned it jumped into a lake at the zoo...... 52 minutes later, after being stuck in manatee cove, we were freed to leave!!!!

Thank goodness we were in a cool, not smelly building!!!!!
